一九五六年生まれ。「『惑星ソラリス』理解のために―『ソラリス』はどう伝わったのか」で、第七回日本SF評論賞の選考委員特別賞。大幅に加筆の上「『惑星ソラリス』理解のために」のⅠと2として、「SFマガジン」(早川書房)二〇一二年6~8月号に掲載。「ものみな憩える」で、第二回創元SF短編賞の堀晃賞。『原色の想像力2』(東京創元社)に所収。『北の想像力』岡和田晃編(寿郎社)に、佐々木譲論で参加。北海道新聞連載の「現代北海道文学論」で、佐々木譲、佐藤泰志を担当。「TH」No63(アトリエサード)や「層」(北海道大学大学院文学研究科 映像・表現文化論講座編)に、タルコフスキー論を寄稿。その他。著書は『終わりなきタルコフスキー』(寿郎社刊)。SFPW編集部員。


Tsutomu Oshizawa was born in 1956. He won the Jury’s Special Prize for the 7th Japan SF Critic Award with his essay “Wakusei sorarisu rikai no tame ni: Sorarisu wa dō tsutawatta no ka (Understanding the movie Solaris – How Did It Adapt Lem’s novel?),” which was published after major additions in two parts in the June and August 2012 issues of SF Magazine, under the title “Wakusei sorarisu rikai no tame ni (Understanding the movie Solaris). He also won the Hori Akira Prize for the 2nd Sogen SF Short Story Award with “Mono mina ikoeru (Rest for Everything and Everyone),” later published in the second volume of Genshoku no imajinēshon (Primary Color Imagination). He contributed to Kita no imaginēshon (Imagination from the North), edited by Akira Okawada, with an essay on Jo Sasaki. He oversaw the Modern Hokkaido Literature columns on Jo Sasaki and Yasushi Sato for the Hokkaido Shimbun. He also wrote essays on Tarkovsky in the magazines TH (No. 63) and Sō, among others. He is the author of Owarinaki Tarukofusukī (Neverending Tarkovsky), and a member of the SFPW editorial staff.
