関 竜司Ryuji Seki
日本SF作家クラブ会員（評論家）岡山県在住。第六回日本ＳＦ評論賞（優秀賞）受賞（受賞作：「玲音の予感――《serial experiments lain》の描く世界」）。『しずおかSF 異次元への扉〜SF作品に見る魅惑の静岡県〜』（しずおかの文化新書９）（共著）など執筆。『一匹狼の文化人on岡山Ⅱ』でインタビューアーも務める（古関すまこ担当）。博士（芸術学）同志社大学・Ph.D。1976年生。
Ryuji Seki is a critic who was born in 1976. He won the 6th Japan SF Critic Award (Excellence Prize) with his essay “Lain no yokan: serial experiments lain no egaku sekai (Lain’s Premonition: The World of Serial Experiments Lain). He co-authored Shizuoka SF ijigen e no tobira: SF sakuhin ni miru miwaku no shizuoka-ken (Shizuoka SF, The Door to Another Dimension: The Fascinating Depictions of Shizuoka Prefecture in SF Works). He also conducted the interview of Sumako Koseki for Ippiki ōkami no bunkajin on Okayama II (The Intellectual Lone Wolf on Okayama II). He holds a Ph.D. (Arts) from Doshisha University.
