佐久間 洋司Hiroshi Sakuma
1996年生まれ。大阪大学社会ソリューションイニシアティブ 特任研究員、一般社団法人 シェイプニューワールドイニシアティブ 代表理事、NOUS合同会社 代表社員（プロデューサー）。
「人と社会が調和した未来」をテーマに、大阪大学でバーチャルビーイングや未来社会デザインの研究に取り組む。2025年大阪・関西万博では大阪ヘルスケアパビリオンのディレクターを務めたほか、世界経済フォーラムの若手メンバーらを招いた国際会議「シェイプニューワールドシンポジウム」をプロデュース。人工知能学会 未来世代学会タスクフォース 委員長、日本SF作家クラブ会員ほか。ムーンショット型研究開発事業の調査研究でチームリーダー、大阪大学と科学技術振興機構の共同研究プロジェクトで研究代表者を務めた。その他、大阪府、大阪市、大阪商工会議所、2025年日本国際博覧会協会、人工知能学会、日本経済新聞社で有識者委員などを歴任。2022年に日本オープンイノベーション大賞文部科学大臣賞を受賞、2023年にForbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30などに選出。
Born in 1996. Specially Appointed Researcher at the Social Solution Initiative (SSI), The University of Osaka (Osaka University); Representative Director of the Shape New World Initiative; and Representative Member (Producer) of NOUS inc.
Under the theme of “a future in which people and society are in harmony,” he conducts research on virtual beings and future society design at The University of Osaka. At Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, he served as Director of the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion and produced the Shape New World Symposium, an international conference that brought together young members of the World Economic Forum. He also serves as Chair of the Task Force on the Academic Society for Future Generations at the Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence (JSAI) and is a member of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of Japan, among other roles. He served as a team leader in a survey research project under the Moonshot Research and Development Program, and as principal investigator of a joint research project between The University of Osaka and the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). In addition, he has held expert advisory positions with Osaka Prefecture, the City of Osaka, the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition, the Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence, and Nikkei Inc. He received the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award at the Japan Open Innovation Prize in 2022, and was selected for Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 in 2023, among other honors.
