矢崎　存美（やざきありみ）Arimi Yazaki

12月12日、埼玉県東松山市生まれの小説家。現在、東京都在住。
1989年、『ありのままなら純情ボーイ』（ＭＯＥ出版）でデビュー。ファンタジー、ホラー、お笑いなどを主に執筆。
代表作は、動いてしゃべって料理をするピンクのぶたのぬいぐるみ・山崎ぶたぶた（おじさん、妻子持ち）が活躍する『ぶたぶた』（徳間文庫）、『ぶたぶたのお引っ越し』（光文社文庫）等の「ぶたぶたシリーズ」。他に、「食堂つばめ」シリーズ、「NNNからの使者」シリーズ、『あなたのための時空(とき)のはざま』（ハルキ文庫）、「繕い屋」シリーズ（講談社タイガ）、サイコスリラー『キルリアン・ブルー』（TO文庫）等。
矢崎麗夜名義では、1985年、『殺人テレフォンショッピング』で第７回星新一ショートショートコンテスト優秀賞受賞後、少女小説等の執筆歴あり。

Arimi Yazaki is novelist born in Higashimatsuyama (Saitama) on December 12. She currently resides in Tokyo. She made her debut in 1989 with Arinomama nara junjō bōi (To Speak the Truth, I’m an Ingenuous Boy), published by MOE. He writes mainly fantasy, horror, and humorous fiction. Her representative work is Buta buta (Teddy Pigs), published by Tokuma bunko, which describes the everyday life of a stuffed pig family by the name of Yamazaki; and its sequel, Buta buta no o-hikkoshi (The Moving of the Teddy Pigs), published by Kobunsha bunko). Other works include the Shokudō tsubame (Restaurant Tsubame) series, the NNN kara no shisha (The NNN Envoy) series, Anata no tame no toki no hazama (A Spacetime Interval for You), published by Haruki bunko; the Tsukuroiya (Patch-up Shop) series, published by Kodansha taiga; and the psychological thriller Kirurian burū (Kirlian Blue), published by TO bunko. Under the penname Reiya Yazaki, she won the Excellence Award at the 7th Shin’ichi Hoshi Short Short Contest in 1985, with “Satsujin terefon shopping (Murder Phone Shopping),” and writes girls’ novels.
