YOUCHAN（ゆーちゃん）Youchan Ito

イラストレーター。1968年愛知県出身。グラフィックデザイナーとしてのキャリアを1988年よりスタートし、1991年よりフリーランスのイラストレーターとして活動を開始する。SFをはじめ、探偵小説・ホラー、教育系など幅広いジャンルのアートワークを手がけている。主な装画作品に、『新編怪奇幻想の文学』（新紀元社）、『月世界小説』『5分間SF』（早川書房）、『横溝正史が選ぶ日本の名探偵』（河出書房新社）等がある。また、『The Zoran Živković Collection』(Cadmus Press) のアートワークを担当しており、12冊の上製本と 23冊のソフトカバーが出版されている。

Youchan Ito is an illustrator born in Aichi in 1968 and living in Tokyo. She launched her career as a graphic designer in 1988, becoming a freelancer illustrator in 1991. She handles a wide range of genres including cover art and design for science fiction, mystery, and horror titles, as well as illustrations for children’s books. Her work was commissioned for The Zoran Živković Collection (Cadmus Press), with twelve hardcovers and twenty-three softcovers released.
